Our shower trays are individually shaped using state of the art 3D CAD so that we ensure there is a fall to the waste no matter what size or shape you require.
Our 3D CAD software links directly to our CNC Router which cuts a unique mould for every job. Our skilled craftsmen then carefully heat the Corian, HI-MACS or Krion and then vacuum form it onto the mould. Once cooled the base of the tray is made flat and we hand build the various unique requirements before returning the tray to the CNC Router for final cutting. Once cutting is complete each tray is hand polished to a beautiful satin sheen.
For your peace of mind our Corian and HI-MACS made to measure shower trays come with 10 and 15 year warranties respectively.
