Custom Sized Baths

There are a huge range of sizes of bath available on the market but every now and again there is a specification that cannot be met by an off the shelf item, for these cases Solidity can hand build the bath you need or your client wants using either Corian or Hi-Macs.

Shapes and curves of all descriptions can be made but in general our custom made baths are 2D thermoformed for the base and flat for the sides walls as this minimises the number of jigs we need to make and gives the client the best value.

The junctions between the base and the side walls can be either square or with a 10mm radiussed cove (to make cleaning easier).

We can prepare holes for any brassware although special care must be taken if you require an overflow filler.
